Job description
Attached to the AML team and working closely with the Risk and Operations teams, your primary responsibility will be to answer to Judicial Requests and bank requests for informations. You will punctually asked to also proactively monitor clients' transactional activities to protect the company against fraudulent activities, money laundering risks, financial risks, and reputation risks.
✨ Main tasks
Process legal requests coming from our bank partners or the Authorities.
Manage communication with end-clients and partners when suspicious activity is detected to gather supporting documentation.
Participate in detecting trends and report potential process improvements.
✨ Your team
The Transaction Monitoring Team operates with three dedicated teams (mix of junior and senior analysts) working on AML/TF/Fraud Alerts & Judicial Requests. We work closely with all Operational teams but also our Financial Crimes unit. This, to prevent bad actor using Swan for illicit activities.
Preferred experience
✨ You’re a great match if:
You have some experience in AML or Compliance, ideally coming from Law or Banking schools.
You have a solid understanding of French law and regulatory frameworks.
Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail, and the ability to adhere to strict processes.
Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Curious mindset and flexibility to adapt to changing requirements in an evolving environment.
You have excellent working abilities in English.
Ideally, you have experience using modern tools such as Forest (CRM), Zendesk (ticketing system), and other AML/Transaction monitoring-related tools.
