Many software companies already serve small businesses incredibly well: helping them send invoices, run payroll, manage inventory, and more. They’re on a mission to become the central hub for managing every aspect of business life.
But when it comes to financial workflows, there’s still a gap. Too many critical tasks like managing cash flow, tracking payments, or reconciling accounts happen outside the software, across spreadsheets, email threads, banking portals.
It’s a missed opportunity. Business software shouldn’t just record financial activity — it should run it.

Job description
Swan is looking for a Growth apprentice in Paris to support our Go-To-Market team. You will join a multi-disciplinary Growth team with the mission to accelerate Swan’s Go-To-Market with innovative strategies.
We are looking for someone with strong business acumen and a builder mindset (technical skills are a plus). This role is best suited to a curious and proactive person, someone who is willing to learn and is comfortable with experimenting over and over again.
✨ Your mission
You will support the team on our existing processes, data, and automations to make sure that they run smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Next to that, you’ll use your technical expertise to co-build our growth engine vision: finding and contacting the right company, at the right time, with the right message.
✨ Main tasks
- Develop from scratch new outbound strategies (email/LinkedIn campaigns/gifts program…) to create memorable experiences for our prospects and drive pipeline generation.
- You will learn to use tools like Lemlist and Clay
- Assist our AEs and SDRs who are going to events by providing them with attendees lists, and pre/post-event outbound sequences.
- You will learn how to extract data across various websites, clean and enrich prospects lists
- Build our lead generation infrastructure based on intent signals, customers’ verticals, and geographies
- You will learn about data infrastructure, getting your hands into HubSpot and various data enrichment API providers
- Support less technical teams across the organisation by building automations or custom internal tools to facilitate their work
- You will get proficient in n8n, Airtable and API integration

You will work closely with our future Demand generation manager, our VP Marketing & Benedetta, our Campaign manager at Swan.
Preferred experience
✨ You’re a great match if:
- You are looking for a 6 months internship (we are open to apprenticeship as well)
- You have past experiences in a fast-paced environment such as start-ups (in the fintech space is a plus), VC firms, strategy consulting, or similar.
- You’re proactive, eager to bring solutions, and willing to roll up your sleeves: in the growth team, we brainstorm ideas for 30 minutes and then work until we bring them to life.
- You speak and write fluent English. French is a plus, but as we consider ourselves as a European company, it’s not mandatory.
- You have knowledge of automation tools (Make, Zapier, N8N, or similar).
- You are in Paris
