Job description
Swan is looking for an Event Coordinator Apprentice to join its Marketing Team in Paris in January. In this role, you'll support the organization of all Swan’s events, both internal and external, from planning to execution. You will join an ambitious team and collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and HR to create engaging experiences that highlight Swan's brand.
✨ Your mission
Your primary mission is to support the organization, execution, and tracking of Swan's events, ensuring they run smoothly, captivate diverse audiences, and grow our event program.
✨ Main tasks
- Organize and execute various events across Europe from start to finish (trade conferences, customer events, company off-sites, and on-site activities).
- Research and source suppliers and service providers (catering, technical support, gifts, etc.).
- Assist in setting up and managing online registration tools, including participant tracking.
- Provide logistical support on event days (on-site briefing, venue setup, participant greeting, etc.).
- Create visual materials for the web and collaborate with designers on promotional content.
- Conduct market research to keep our events innovative.
✨ Your team
The Events team is a key part of the Marketing department and works closely with various stakeholders across the company. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and HR teams to ensure they have the necessary materials and information for successful events. The team operates with a problem-solving mindset and a rigorous attention to detail, ensuring every event is well-executed and memorable.
Preferred experience
✨ You’re a great match if:
- You are a student currently in a Master’s program related to event management, marketing, communications.
- You are looking for at least 1 year of apprenticeship with a rhythm of 2 or 3 consecutive weeks in company and 1 or 2 weeks at school.
- You have prior experience in event management, ideally in corporate or internal events.
- You have strong organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset, allowing you to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- You are rigorous and attentive to detail.
- You have excellent working abilities in French and English. Another language is a plus.
