Our mission
Banking belongs in business software
Many software companies already serve small businesses incredibly well: helping them send invoices, run payroll, manage inventory, and more. They’re on a mission to become the central hub for managing every aspect of business life.
But when it comes to financial workflows, there’s still a gap. Too many critical tasks like managing cash flow, tracking payments, or reconciling accounts happen outside the software, across spreadsheets, email threads, banking portals.
It’s a missed opportunity. Business software shouldn’t just record financial activity — it should run it.

Job description
✨ Summary
Swan is looking for a Product Integration Manager to join its team. You will join our Product teams and work closely with the Account Management and Sales teams.
As a Product Integration Manager, you will be the bridge between our product, engineering, and partner teams. You'll guide new clients through technical onboarding and integration, ensuring they get the most out of our APIs and platform. Your goal: ensure partners go live fast, have a frictionless experience, and stay successful over time.
✨ Your mission
Your primary mission is to ensure successful integration of Swan's BaaS platform by guiding partners through their technical implementation journey while helping them build the best possible product.
✨ Main Tasks
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for partners during onboarding and integration.
- Guide clients through the continuous implementation of our API-based BaaS platform (cards, accounts, payments, compliance features).
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear integration paths and help partners build optimal solutions using market knowledge and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to go-live.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our documentation, SDKs, and developer experience.
- Collect and relay partner feedback to inform product roadmap and improve future integrations.
- Respond to functional and technical questions from partners by understanding their context and needs.
- Occasionally assist in pre-sales technical discussions or solution scoping.
✨ Curious about your future team?
You'll join our Product team, a dynamic group of product managers, designers, and technical experts who shape Swan's Banking-as-a-Service platform. The Product team works at the intersection of innovation and execution, ensuring our platform meets both technical requirements and user needs.
Working closely with Product Managers, you'll help bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and partner requirements. You'll also collaborate regularly with Account Management and Sales teams to ensure seamless partner experiences from initial contact through successful integration.
At Swan, we believe in fostering a collaborative environment where team members can grow, learn, and make a real impact on the future of embedded finance.
Preferred experience
✨ You’re a great match if:
- You have experience with API-based platforms and can effectively explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- You are analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of guiding technical implementations.
- You excel at building relationships and collaborating across teams, from Engineering to Sales.
- You are passionate about fintech and eager to become a product expert in the banking-as-a-service space.
- You have excellent project management skills and can handle multiple partner implementations simultaneously.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Previous experience in fintech, banking, or payment solutions is a plus.
- Our ideal teammate: Empathetic. Skilled. Frank. We love to challenge each other, and we leave our egos at the door.
It’s okay if you don’t tick all the boxes — don’t let imposter syndrome prevent you from applying! 🙌
