Our mission
Banking belongs in business software
Many software companies already serve small businesses incredibly well: helping them send invoices, run payroll, manage inventory, and more. They’re on a mission to become the central hub for managing every aspect of business life.
But when it comes to financial workflows, there’s still a gap. Too many critical tasks like managing cash flow, tracking payments, or reconciling accounts happen outside the software, across spreadsheets, email threads, banking portals.
It’s a missed opportunity. Business software shouldn’t just record financial activity — it should run it.

- Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at each recruitment stage. Coordinate interviews, maintain post-interview engagement, debrief with hiring managers and interviewers, and effectively communicate our company’s story, vision, and culture.
- Strategic Sourcing: Design and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand each role, developing tailored strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Data-Driven Approach: Leverage data and analytics to optimize the recruitment process, monitor performance, and track key recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
